Deported Illegal Alien Charged with 16 Counts of Sex Crimes Against Children

Since his meteoric rise into the fray of partisan politics, President Donald J. Trump has taken much heat for his strong rhetoric regarding illegal immigration. Desperate to secure the Hispanic vote, Democrats are all too willing to gloss over the fact that illegal aliens are indeed “illegal.” They fervently portray these law-breaking individuals as hard-working men and women who deserve a chance to thrive in America. But, while many of these people no doubt simply want to make a better life for themselves in a more prosperous country, some of them, such as 33-year-old Alejandro Alcala-Avala, have more sinister plans.

Recently, according to Breitbart News, Pettis County, Missouri authorities arrested Alcala-Avala and charged him with 16 counts of differing child sex crimes. The illegal immigrant from Mexico was charged with one count each of first-degree statutory sodomy, child abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, and first-degree statutory rape. Alcala-Avala’s extensive charges also included two counts of statutory sodomy and 10 counts of child molestation.

The Sedalia Democrat noted the illegal alien’s two young victims informed authorities Alcala-Avala raped them frequently on an almost regular basis. While one of the illegal immigrant’s victims stated the vicious sexual abuse occurred two to three times each month, the other victim remarked it “happened all the time.” Both of the children were under the age of 14-years-old. The two youngsters also maintained the illegal immigrant touched them inappropriately when they had clothing on.

An individual in law-enforcement confided to Breitbart News that Alcala-Avala had been deported five years ago after he served a whopping 87 months in jail for violations involving meth. At some point, the illegal immigrant, who has also utilized the alias “Hermelindo Lorenzo Guapillo-Chavaria,” entered the country again illegally. His re-entry was a felony.

Alcala-Avala is currently being held at the Pettis County Jail. He’s being kept without bond. If he is released from custody, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, has requested that the illegal immigrant be turned over to them for arrest.

Until lawmakers address and fix illegal immigration, if they ever do, hardened criminals like Alcala-Avala will continue to make their way into this country. And, why wouldn’t they? The U.S. government seems to make it all too easy for them to do so. Breitbart News reported that according to Princeton Policy Advisors, 600,000 illegal immigrants will successfully enter the country through the U.S. southern border in 2019. To put this number into perspective, more illegals will enter America this year than the total population of well-known U.S. cities like Atlanta, Baltimore, Miami, or Milwaukee.

Border Patrol agents found greater than 50,600 illegal aliens and border crossers in August. However, this represented a 62 percent decline to the peak immigration levels of May when almost 133,000 illegal immigrants and border crossers were apprehended. According to Breitbart News, “Researcher Steven Kopits projects that for Calendar Year 2019, about 843,000 border crossers and illegal aliens will have been apprehended by Border Patrol agents, including 309,000 child migrants and nearly 300,000 adult border crossers who arrive alone.”

The conservative media outlet went on to note, “This projection indicates that illegal immigration for this year is set to be more than double the level of illegal immigration seen in Fiscal Year 2018 and nearly three times the level of Fiscal Year 2017 totals.” If his projections are correct, Kopits believes the illegal Hispanic population in America will skyrocket more than eight percent.

The worrisome rise in illegal immigration doesn’t merely increase the odds of criminals like Alcala-Avalva making their way into the country. It also affects the economy. Breitbart News contended, “While providing a cheap labor pipeline for businesses and corporations, an increase in the illegal population means more foreign competition for America’s working and middle class in the labor market, and wage suppression.” The right-leaning media platform went on to state, “Extensive research by economists like George Borjas and analyst Steven Camarota reveals that the country’s immigration system — where more than 1.5 million foreign nationals are admitted every year — burdens U.S. taxpayers and America’s working and middle class while redistributing about $500 billion in wealth every year to major employers and newly arrived immigrants.”

Interestingly, Camerot’as research showed “that for every one percent increase in the immigrant portion of American workers’ occupations, their weekly wages are cut by about 0.5 percent. This means the average native-born American worker today has his weekly wages reduced by perhaps 8.75 percent.”

While Trump has worked diligently to stem the flow of illegal immigration into this country, Democrats, and some Republicans, seem loathe to tackle this important issue. If Trump loses in 2020, the problem is even less likely to ever get fixed.
