After the two-years, $32 million Russia witch hunt blew up in Democrats’ face, they are again racing down the rabbit hole with an impeachment inquiry that could dash their 2020 election hopes.
At the center of the flap is not President Donald Trump’s conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The question of corruption and international mafia-style shakedowns have their roots in ex-Vice President Joe Biden strong-arming Ukraine in a pay-to-play scheme that yielded his son, Hunter, a reported $3.1 million.
“The other thing, there’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General would be great,” Trump said. “Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it. It sounds horrible to me.”
Democrats were incensed to discover that President Trump discussed the Biden corruption allegations after the Obama-era number two bragged about forcing the country’s former leader to fire a prosecutor investing his and his son’s corruption. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has finally yielded to radical House Democrats impeachment calls. However, the career politician recognizes that pursuing impeachment will most certainly upend any chance Creepy Joe Biden had of securing her party’s nomination, winning the White House, or enjoying congressional majorities in 2020.
Savvy politicians such as Pelosi may have hoped to base their latest witch hunt on lack of cooperation and the appearance of impropriety by the president. But as he has done many times before, Trump stunned Democrats by releasing a transcript of the two leaders’ conversation.
“Will the Democrats apologize after seeing what was said on the call with the Ukrainian President?” the President tweeted. “They should, a perfect call — got them by surprise!”
The transcript outlines President Trump’s concerns about corruption by Ukraine’s previous administration, and speaks to Biden’s own words about coercing millions out of officials to make his son wealthy. The Ukrainian president appears to acknowledge that Biden, and his son may have been at the center of pay-to-play racketeering.
“I wanted to tell you about the prosecutor. First of all, I understand, and I’m knowledgeable about the situation. Since we have won the absolute majority in our Parliament; the next prosecutor general will be 100% my person, my candidate, who will be approved, by the parliament and will start as a new prosecutor in September,” Zelensky states on the transcript. “He or she will look into the situation, specifically to the company that you mentioned in this issue. The issue of the investigation of the case is actually the issue of making sure to restore the honesty, so we will take care of that and will work on the investigation of the case.”
Emerging reports also indicate that radical House Democrats sought the help of the foreign nation to attack President Trump, and insinuate he colluded with Russia. The collusion hypocrisy runs deep in the DC swamp, and Democrats have much explaining to do.
The Democratic National Committee and their complicit operatives in the fake news media had all but anointed the Obama-era flunky when he announced his campaign. The sense was that he could rekindle the voter turnout enjoyed by the left during the Obama years. Allegations of sexual misconduct, groping women, hair-smelling fetishes, declining health and mental capacity, have all dogged Biden.
His once commanding lead in the polls has evaporated, and he trails Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” Warren in crucial primary states. Ukraine-Gate and the spotlight it could shine on the Biden family money-grabs are likely to end his third presidential bid in disgrace. Even the leader in fake news, CNN, has summarily thrown Biden under the bus.
“Biden does have a problem here, by the way. I mean, I have to say, $50,000 a month for Hunter Biden clearly to be selling influence, because otherwise no one would ever pay him that kind of money, for a company that frankly was pretty corrupt and has been before and has been since under investigations,” Time Magazine writer Ian Bremmer said live on CNN. “It’s hard to imagine Joe Biden wasn’t aware of it. And I expect that President Obama, if he had known about the reality of this situation, would have probably told Biden, ‘Get rid of this. Like, we shouldn’t have your son working in this situation.’ That would have cost him something.”
Since the outset of Biden’s election bid, he has demanded his son, Hunter, is not brought up by fellow Democrats or members of the left-wing media. The cost of Ukraine-Gate will cause more mud to stick to the Obama Administration’s legacy, and votes in the 2020 election.
Whoever the partisan “whistleblower” was you instigated this charade, President Trump and the GOP ought to say, “thank you.” The president’s popularity polls and GOP fundraising are soaring.
